Contact page is only used for contact details displayed in a contact block or small contact card block, so a contact page is not visible as it's own page. You will first need to create a contact block and then add the contact page(s) into it.
The fields in a contact page are quite simple: image placeholder for a profile picture of the person and then contct detail fields. Only person name and Title are mandatory fields.
